Dr. Katie was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She attended undergrad at Luther College and the University of Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry with her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.  Katie and her husband Jon live in Cedar Rapids and enjoy being Hawkeye fans, home improvement projects, weekend trips, running and taking their dachshunds for walks.  They have 2 children Hendrik and Ruby.  Katie is excited to be providing conservative dental care in Cedar Rapids and the surrounding communities and is looking forward to building life long relationships with her patients.

Dr. Peterson was born and raised in Waterloo, IA. He earned his bachelor of science degree and Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Iowa. HE has practiced in Cedar Rapids since 1980. Most of his current staff has been with him for more than 30 years. He and his wife, Lisa have two daughters, Hanna and Halle, that live in the Ft. Meyers, FL area. He has been past Young Dentist of the Year as well as President of the Linn County and University District dent societies. He has also been a trustee for the Iowa Dental Society. He enjoys flying of which he flew Iowa coaches on recruiting trips for 33 years. 

Hi, my name is Sara.  I received my Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Kirkwood Community College.  I have my license in the State of Iowa for Dental Hygiene and Local Anesthesia.  Before graduating with my degree, I was a dental assistant for 8 years.  I enjoy helping my patients and treating them like family.  I am married to my husband Eric and we have 2 children, Reid and Allie.  Carley (Maltipoo), Lucy (Goldendoodle) and Zoey (Goldendoodle)  In my spare time I enjoy working in my yard, being with my family and friends, and spending time at my cabin and being on the river over the summer. 

Hi, my name is Dana. I recieved my dental hygiene degree from Carl Sandburg College in 2013. I joined Dr. Milden's practice in June 2020 and am very proud to be a part of her amazing team. I love the Iowa Hawkeyes, watching crime and medical shows, and music because it heals the soul. In my spare time I love spending time with my family and friends. One of my biggest blessings is my grandson, Atlas. My partner Michael and I have 7 boys between the two of us. I am also a fur mama to my labradoodle Beau and my kitties, Binx and Sage.

I'm Kim, a registered dental hygienist of almost 35 years.  I'm a graduate of Hawkeye Community College.  I've been with Dr. Katie Milden since 2022.  I am a Cedar Rapids Native and i am very social.  When i am not working i enjoy biking, golfing, listening to live music and spending time with friends and my 2 grown children, Max and Gracie.  And please don't hold it against me but GO Buckeyes!

Hi, my name is Kelly. I graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at Des Moines Area Community College in 2000 and have been practicing in the Cedar Rapids area since. My husband Travis and I live in the small town of Wyoming with our two boys, Caden and Dane and bernedoodle, Chole. We enjoy spending time in Bellevue during the summer boating and skiing. 

Hello, my name is Briana, I am Dr. Katie Milden's assistant. I graduated August of 2014 with my degree in Dental Assisting. I have been apart of Dr. Katie's team since August of 2015. I was born and raised in a small town in Missouri. I currently live in Marion with my husband, Andy. We have a daughter, Charlotte along with our dog, Pat and cat, Layla. I like spending my spare time reading, taking naps and being with family and friends.
